Our products are manufactured by licensed third party manufacturers. The manufacturer’s name and licence number are printed on each pack.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Products and Information
We try to display product descriptions, ingredients, images and prices as accurately as possible. However, colours, packaging and labels may differ slightly from what appears on your screen or from earlier batches. The label on the pack you receive always has the final and most current information.
Product information on this website is for general awareness only. It is not medical advice and should not replace advice from a qualified doctor or physician.
Product Categories and Safe Use
Cosmetic products (face washes, sunscreen, hair serum and gel) are for external use only. Please read the label, do a patch test before first use, and stop use if irritation occurs.
Health supplements (such as Sangrow Tablets) are not for medicinal use and are not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Ayurvedic proprietary medicines (such as Sanfitz Tablets) should be used as directed by a physician.
Please consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, are allergic to any ingredient, or are taking any medication. Results vary from person to person. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Pricing and Taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices, offers and discounts may change without prior notice. The price shown at the time you place your order applies to that order.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Combo and bundle offers are available only as shown on the website and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot deliver to. If we cancel an order after payment, the full amount will be refunded.
Payments
We accept payments through [UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery, as applicable]. Online payments are processed by trusted third party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers. Your payment is subject to the terms of your bank and the payment gateway.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India. Delivery availability is checked at checkout.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 business days, and delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days depending on your location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or events beyond our control.
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
Please provide a complete and correct address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
Please check the package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage within 48 hours.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Because our products are used on the skin and hair or taken internally, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
You may request a return or replacement within [7] days of delivery if:
the product is damaged or leaking on arrival,
you received the wrong product, or
the product is expired or defective.
To raise a request: Email us at sanativeremedies1@gmail.com or call 9820044098 with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the product, the batch details and the outer packaging. Products must be unused, unopened (except where the issue is a defect) and in their original packaging.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within [5 to 7] business days of approval. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will refund by bank transfer or UPI after collecting your details.
Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once dispatched, the return rules above apply.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
