Where We Deliver

We deliver to all pincodes in India that our courier partners serve. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm that delivery is available. We do not ship outside India.

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. For Cash on Delivery orders, the clock starts once we confirm the order.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

During sales or festivals, dispatch may take a little longer. We will keep you informed.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on serviceable pincodes for a COD fee. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. We may ask you to confirm a COD order by phone or message before dispatch. Orders that are refused or not collected may lead to COD being disabled on future orders from the same number or address.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send the courier name and tracking number by [email, SMS or WhatsApp]. You can follow your parcel on the courier’s website. If you do not receive tracking details within [3] business days of ordering, please contact us.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please check your name, address, pincode and phone number before you order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete details. If you spot a mistake, contact us before dispatch and we will try to correct it.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner usually makes up to [3] delivery attempts, so please keep your phone reachable. If delivery fails, the parcel returns to us. For prepaid orders, we can ship it again (the shipping charge applies again) or refund the order amount less shipping. For COD orders, we may ship again only after you pay the shipping and COD charges in advance.

Check Your Parcel on Delivery

Check that the outer packaging is sealed and undamaged before accepting it.

If it looks opened or damaged, refuse it or accept it with a note on the courier’s slip, and tell us within [48 hours].

A short unboxing video helps us settle damage or missing item claims quickly.

Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, with the wrong product or with an item missing, email sanativeremedies1@gmail.com or call 9820044098 within [48 hours] of delivery. Please share your order number and clear photos or a video of the product, batch details and outer packaging. Approved cases are replaced or refunded as described in our Terms and Conditions.

Lost Parcels

If tracking shows no movement for [7] days, or the parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will raise it with the courier and then ship a replacement or refund your payment once the investigation is complete.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Weather, strikes, natural events, government restrictions, public holidays and local courier issues can delay delivery. We are not liable for such delays, but we will help you track your order.
